How to fill the rotor magnet?
Different magnetic steel shapes, mounting methods are different, and the design of the equipment is also different, all belong to non-standard. With magnetic and without the case, the magnet fixed and filling also has a certain difference. Polarity has special requirements, the design of the equipment is also different.
1. Embedded type, which is more common, such as electric tools, generally has 4 magnets, loading is very simple, the equipment is simple, it can be done without a circular disk, and the loading efficiency is high. If the number of magnet pieces is large, more than 6 pieces, or even more than 10 pieces, it is necessary to make a circular disk, set the position, insert it once or multiple times according to the situation. Some magnets with vertical distribution can only be inserted two pieces at a time because of polarity requirements.
2. Surface-mounted type, divided into inner surface and outer surface, simple is four pieces, larger than four pieces, if it is evenly distributed, it is also relatively simple. Electric vehicle magnet belongs to the internal surface sticker. Generally, the number of magnet pieces is relatively large, dozens of pieces, which is relatively difficult, but as long as the method is mastered, it is not too difficult.
