In short, it is random winding, and the wire embedding is also random and does not need to be neat, generally speaking, if it is slightly smooth, it can be embedded in the slot even if it is completed, even if it is messy in the slot or at sixes and sevens in the stator end. However, the appearance of the stator end is ugly and the end will be very thick. Generally, most of the embedded wire workers are like this. However, it is only necessary to pass the inspection in the motor factory, and the stator end of the motor in the motor factory is mostly completely wrapped, so the appearance is not affected.

02Mechanical wiring

Compared with manual, the speed of mechanical threading is several times that of manual. It is mainly composed of tire mold, hydraulic machinery and servo automatic control system. However, its application scope can only be used in the production of certain types of motor stators at present, and cannot be used universally, that is, only for certain types of motors with high demand. The coil forms are usually flat, manual cross or stacked, if a tire machine can be embedded, only the insulation isolation between the inner layers of the slot is still in the research and development stage. In addition, the coils of mechanical wire embedding are different from those of manual workers. The wound coils are required to be arranged neatly. The thickness of the wound coils is equal to the width of the stator slot. The wound coils are automatically put into the tire to form three coils with a difference of 120 degrees, and then pressed into the hydraulic stator, this process takes only a few seconds to insert a stator. The lower stator coil wire turns are neatly arranged, so the quality is better. These automated motor manufacturers specialize in producing those kinds of motors. regular traditional types of motors are not produced, that is, mechanical wire embedding cannot completely replace labor for the time being. Don't be afraid to repair motors.
