Production line description:
- Stator core feeding system: the processed stator core is sent to the stator assembly area through a conveyor belt or other means;
- End plate assembly system: install the end plates on both sides of the stator on the stator in sequence;
- Stator pin: the connection terminal is supplied to the assembly area through the vibration plate, and the pin is picked up by the manipulator. Check the insertion height after insertion;
- Winding of stator: winding according to winding process;
- Terminal spot welding: welding the terminal and copper wire through resistance welding;
- Detection system: a number of electrical performance tests are carried out on the assembled stator to ensure that the performance indicators of the stator meet the specified standards;
- Packing system: packing the qualified pump stator.
