The shell is transferred to the gluing stage, the stage rotates, the gluing mechanism and the inner wall of the shell are glued, the stage moves to the lower part of the vision, takes photos to check the gluing state, and the stage rotates and corrects.
Glue station
1. The casing flows from the loading line to the stop
2. Marking machine marks on the casing
3. After marking is completed, stop at the gluing station through the assembly line block, and glue will be applied by the gluing machine. After gluing is completed, the brush shaft will extend to remove the excess glue on the glue dispensing head.
Process flow:
1. Apply sealant after the WPC is at the application level
